Have to hand it to voters down in MA for their morals and integrity. Yup, they overwhelmingly voted for and passed an animal protection measure that no one bothered to look at closely (well, it sounded so good, right?).

It’s summer time again. As expected, it is hot, but if it was -10° we would complain because it’s human nature to want something different than what we have at the present. We were brought up to question and resist compliance. We should challenge the status quo and authorities. Sure, in the end we may have to comply with rational and reasonable laws, but not out of ignorance. My wife has coined a phrase: We were the “Live Free or Die” state, but with COVID we quickly became the “Live to Comply” state.

Merrimack School Board Tyranny – What Voters and Parents Want Doesn’t Matter
This looks like fun. Merrimack has a “homework doesn’t matter” policy. Teachers can assign it, but it is not graded. It doesn’t count. So, why do it? Residents petitioned a Warrant to make it count, and the voters passed it. The Merrimack School Board has chosen to ignore that.

“There’s all sorts of “discussion” about firearms law in this country, 99.99% of which is nonproductive blather not worth paying any attention to because of all the intentional distortions being spread by participants propagandists.
I use the word “intentional” here very ummm….intentionally. All Federal firearms law and BATF rulings in this country have been available online and accessible in a matter of minutes for a number of years now.
There are no LEXIS/NEXIS paywalls, no needing to purchase expensive paper copies of Federal law books or CD’s from the GPO, nothing whatsoever inhibits any person from entering a conversation fully prepared to discuss current law. Twenty years ago this was not the case. Today, there is no excuse.
