Do You Get Tim Tebow?

I’m listening to Michael Graham on the way home last night.  It is at most a 15 minute drive so there isn’t much exposure to the program and I frequently tune in in the middle of some topic.  Last night I caught part of a segment on Tim Tebow,  the sudden attention he has attracted, …

The Liberal Darkness

Nothing they say today will matter tomorrow. And this applies to their policies as well. We see this in the bald faced contradictions of their own words and ideas; their disregard for anything that slows their accumulation of power. And they will do and say anything to hold power because they are spiritually empty, disconnected–hoping power will somehow complete them.

Out On A Lim

I can’t count the number of self declared “regular churchgoers” that I know who have no idea what it actually means to be Christian, or take away any meaningful lessons from the experience. I see them struggle with life as if completely unequipped to handle even the simplest challenges. Every new book, idea, plan, or program that comes along is the next path to understanding and happiness. “Never go to a gunfight without a gun and…never go to a religious war without religion. You’ll lose.”

I reflected on the above idea about a year ago in a posting on my old blog, "Confessions of a Bouncing Porcupine." In reviewing it today, I find it stands up well. It’s still topical too. Explain. (Go ahead and roll your eyes or make a grunting noise, or whatever it is you do when confronted with such nonsense.)

Of Mosques and Men…

Guest post from Robert Jursik… For a man seemingly incapable of going fifteen minutes without saying "Let me be clear," President Obama evidently has an uncanny knack for being  misunderstood.  Following the iftar dinner hosted at the White House Friday night, headlines in every major newspaper in America – and even the New York Times …

Evil in New Hampshire. TV shows about serial killer? No problem. Song derived from Christian roots in Gov’t Schools? BIG problem.

More and more news is coming out regarding the monsters disguised as human beings responsible for the hideous murder and attempted murder of a mother and daughter in Mont Vernon, NH.  The Nashua Telegraph reports that one of the suspects, “Christopher Gribble updated his Facebook status: ‘had an awesome time with steve and autumn! …

Easter – A Celebration!

"…And he came unto His own and His own received him not…   "…But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name" – John 1:11-12 Yes, Christ died – for you, for me, for all.  For God is Holy …
