NH Provider Instructs Minors on How to Get Abortions Without Their Parents Finding Out

One of the very few abortion regulations in New Hampshire is the requirement that a minor girl notifies at least one parent before she gets an abortion. A girl doesn’t have to get her parents’ permission to get an abortion. The law only says that they must be notified. See RSA 132:32-36.
