Welcome to your Wednesday, September thirtieth, 2026, morning update.
Democrats are trying to sell a message of chaos. But reality has some bad news for them.
Whatever you want to call it, it’s great for the economy.
Quote: Last week the number of people filing for unemployment fell to its lowest level since nineteen sixty nine. Considering the clear downward trend line for the entire year, the article was forced to grudgingly concede the underlying trend in claims remains in line with a labor market that has regained its footing.
Let me rephrase that. People filing unemployment claims hit a fifty-seven-year low.
GDP is up, wages are up, annual income is up, jobs are up. Over half a million people who were stuck in part time work in the Biden economy but wanted full time jobs, they have found full time jobs in the Trump economy. And that number is climbing.
The Democrats’ handmaiden stenographers in the media aren’t reporting any of this. Not really.
Another example?
Quote: Reuters also reported that affordability is improving for young people in at least one major category. The median new house price dropped 5.8% to $393,700 in August from a year earlier, the census report showed.
As I reported on Saturday, the monthly confidence index is holding steady despite what they call background noise. A few days before that, I reported on some other pretty amazing economic news. Poverty is down 50 basis points. Real income is up over $2,250 a year. Black incomes are up five percent. And child poverty has hit its lowest rate in recorded history.
Democrats are selling this as chaos. But life under Trump is much better than under Biden, and it’s getting better.
Unemployment is down, poverty is down, child poverty is down. You know what else is down? Crime record lows. Drug trafficking is down. Overdose deaths are down. Human trafficking is down. The number of children lost by the Biden administration is down. Illegal border crossings are at historic lows.
Fraud investigations are up, which means fraud is down.
The Trump administration is saving you billions and billions of dollars that was being lost by indifference by previous administrations.
And every month it just appears to be getting better.
Regular Americans are doing better than they have in years. Black Americans, Hispanic Americans, even a few white Americans.
And as soon as Mr. Trump is done neutering Iran, the price of oil, gas, heating oil, energy in general is going to plummet, perhaps, to record lows as well. We have a lot of supply, more supply than we’ve ever had. More domestic supply than we’ve ever had.
It’d be a shame if all these positive trends ended because Americans didn’t know about them.
They hadn’t heard all the good news or the truth about Democrats. The only thing they know how to do is make things cost more.
