New Hampshire needs common-sense protection for biological reality and sex-based rights for everyone.
Urgent: Support SB552 – Protect Privacy & Safety in NH – Hearing THIS Wednesday!
Dear friends and supporters of commonsense and biological reality,
New Hampshire needs common-sense protection for biological reality and sex-based rights for everyone.
Senate Bill 552 (now in the House) defines “biological sex” and clarifies that classifications based on it (in areas like restrooms, locker rooms, sports, prisons, and other intimate single-sex spaces) do NOT constitute unlawful discrimination.
This restores privacy and safety for women and girls AND men and boys—preventing forced sharing of these spaces with individuals of the opposite biological sex.
The bill has already passed the Senate and is now before the House Judiciary Committee.
There’s a crucial public hearing THIS Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. in person at Granite Place (1 Granite Place, Concord, NH – Room 230).
