Yeah, everyone says that and it is true. But the Left ALWAYS rails about how high it is – and never talks about the lack of OTHER taxes…oh wait! The ZINGER!

I’ve been saying similar things for years. Keep the tax local as you can go to where your elected officials live, knock on their door, and sound off. You CAN control local taxes.
Which is why Democrats are ALWAYS wanting broadbased taxes – you WILL lose each and every time they get to implement them for exactly the same reason stated by the study. Democrats know that once a revenue source is removed to a higher level, it will get locked it as people can’t get to the state capital they way they can get to Town Hall. Democrats and Socialists ALWAYS will push for this – it starts up and continues their Power over you, the citizen. It is summed up by my meme:
The Bigger the Government, the smaller the citizen.
And that’s the way the Democrats want it. They hate Liberty and Freedom and love control.
