King Donald just passed down another Fatwa. This one is on the completely uncontroversial topic of vaccines and the childhood schedule. As you would expect, it has inspired the right and ignited the left, but what exactly is it?
First, a disclaimer: “This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.” The “no one is above the law” party seems to miss this line, probably because they are too busy breaking the law or looking for ways around it, but it’s in every Executive Order Trump writes. Ask a leftie if they’ve ever read one or just the captions above the chyron on CNN or MSNOW.
Mr. Trump has emphasized parental rights on the matter of childhood vaccines, which must really piss off the proglodytes because the only people they trust less than those without children are those with them. It’s very Hitler Youth, the way the left demands access to future generations and then itches a fit when the kids don’t pick up what they are putting down because of meddling parents.
Sec. 4. Maximizing Parental Choice over Childhood Vaccines. (a) The Attorney General shall take appropriate measures to further meritorious legal actions challenging State laws that conflict with States’ constitutional and Federal statutory obligations related to parental authority, religious freedom, disability accommodations, and equal protection under the law, including, to the extent applicable under Federal law, States’ obligations to provide religious and medical exemptions from childhood and adolescent immunization requirements.
(b) The Departments of Justice, Education, and HHS shall take appropriate action to ensure that their contractors and grantees, including States and localities, are compliant with their constitutional and Federal statutory obligations related to parental authority, religious freedom, disability accommodations, and equal protection under the law, including, to the extent applicable under Federal law, their obligations to provide religious and medical exemptions from childhood and adolescent immunization requirements.
The Federal Government has thrown down the gauntlet. States that can be proven to have violated the constitutional rights of children or parents will get a call from the DOJ and so on and so forth.
That won’t do much more than get them a “go for it” from the litigious Left, but when you work for decades to launder other people’s money through the feds and then tie strings to it, acting outraged when someone else does your thing is a bad look. It is, after all, the highest form of flattery.
You wanted it laundered, but now you might not get it.
The order trims the list of recommended vaccines to align with the rest of the Western world, again, something Dems love to talk about but have to hate since Trump did it.
MMR has been dismantled as a federal preference, and measles, mumps, and rubella should be given separately on different visits. Pig piling jabs is henceforth frowned upon, and a serious investigation into alternatives to aluminum has been requested.
One of the provisions directs the HHS Task Force on Safer Childhood Vaccines to pursue: Alternative adjuvants to aluminum and comparative safety and efficacy studies.
Taken from thirty thousand feet, the goal is to ensure parents are the caretakers of their children and that vaccines are not darts tossed at kids in the local pub.
If you recall my fisking of our annual attempted pantsing by NewsGuard, the self-proclaimed gatekeepers of journalistic integrity took issue with an op-ed that suggested 72 “vaccines.”
Them: “Children following the CDC schedule would have received between 33 and 37 doses of vaccines by the time they were 18 years old, depending on factors such as existing health conditions.”
Me: Looking at the 2025 CDC schedule 0-18, recommends at least 50 injections (see also, vaccinations), and that number may be higher. If you count a recommended flu vaccine every year from 1 to 18 and the recommended COVID-19 vaccine every year from 0 to 18, the total reaches 79 separate injections for all diseases listed. More than the 72 in John Klar’s piece and less than the 80.
Every time you put that crap in a kid’s veins, it’s a shot. Russian roulette with adjuvants and additives. It’s another jab, and sometimes it’s the jab. Time for your aluminum injection, oh, and something something about prevention.
And what you can’t deny, regardless of whether you’re an insane jabbernaught or agnostic, is that adding vaccines and doses correlates with a rise in ill kids. They’ve got lifelong conditions that didn’t exist prior.
Chronic illness.
Correlation is not causation, but refusing to test it is insane. Arguing that anything tested, or otherwise, doesn’t need more testing isn’t just retarded, it’s Tim Walz retarded.
Trump is asking the Government that recommended all these things to step back and take a breath. Kids are sick, parents have rights, and we have an obligation to future generations. Our posterity and all that. And states still have rights. They can make decisions for themselves. And that’d be the best thing Trump could do. Get the Feds out of the way altogether and let states do their thing.
No kings, no NAZIS, just Constitutions and common sense, and the left has to hate that because they’re the NAZIS and they always were.
