Anyone who listens to country music, any music, actually, will have heard their share of “the road that led me to you” songs. If you’re unfamiliar, it is a formula love song based on the premise that whatever rough road or past failures in life or love may have plagued me (you, us), that is how we got to this beautiful place we’re at now, and If things were different, this might not have been possible.
It affirms that very human notion that challenges are placed before us to overcome, and it gives us permission to clear out the baggage and move on. To acknowledge that we are blessed because of the tribulations and what it took to get here from there. To respect the journey if lessons are learned.
I had to screw that up (or get screwed over) to get this right.
So, yes, the 2020 election was stolen. There is no way on this earth or any other that 81 million people voted for that moronic, creepy pedo-vegetable, Joe Biden. More votes than Barry? For a corrupt system, used-car salesman dem with the oratory ability of a meatball and the IQ of a soap dish. No. Frikkin. Way.
But the constitutional system elevated him, and he became president anyway. Lucky us. Lucky indeed. If Biden hadn’t “won” in 2020, we never would have had what we got with Trump 2.0 in 2024. Never. Frikkin. Ever.
If Biden didn’t win in 2020, the great awakening that resulted from the response to COVID probably never would have happened.
Big Tech may never flip sides, and a host of quality journalists don’t bail on the Media Establishment to demonstrate what true investigative journalism is and what it’s worth in the marketplace of ideas.
Trump never gets time to connect with the deep dive into the deep state that made the current administration possible. Allies, not enemies. Focus, tight ship. No leaks. A domestic and global plan to solve problems while reducing the size of the bureaucratic state.
Liberty Vote bought Dominion, which is the fastest way to get Democrats to hate electronic voting machines. I don’t think that happens if Trump wins in 2020.
The list of “never” and “probably nots” is very long, but people continue to cling to their 2020 “crime of the century” outrage. Some of them are in the nothing ever happens club, which, for the record, isn’t true. 2026 has been the FO in FAFO, and the hits keep coming, but even if no one ever goes down for the theft of an election, every good thing that was made possible is a win.
Michigan: 499,850 more ballots than voters. Margin: 154,188.
Pennsylvania: 155,053 more ballots than voters Margin: 80,555.
Georgia, Fulton County alone: 22,534 more ballots than voters. Margin: 11,779.
Each discrepancy independently exceeds its state’s margin of victory.
The investigations are necessary, entertaining, and send a message. Like in, say, Fulton County, Georgia, where the FBI is drowning them in agents/investigators.
The headline should have said, “Hundreds.” Literally hundreds of FBI election analysts— versus one county, in one investigation, for two weeks.
It is historic. In typical federal cases, surges run “about five to ten analysts.” But “a former senior F.B.I. official could not recall an investigative surge of this magnitude occurring previously outside of a sustained command post around an event like an election or inauguration or a major violent episode, such as a terrorist attack,” the Times explained.
It is urgent. “Overtime (including weekends and holidays) has been authorized.” It “needs to be completed” within two weeks. It is “part of a priority effort by Kash Patel,” which will “complete approximately 708 records checks.” But, “the type of records being checked is unknown,” the Times complained. Imagine your worst fears.
What sort of message might this send to poll workers or others involved in other select counties who might suddenly realize they are not protected and that blowing a whistle might be the only way to stay out of federal prison?
It deserves the same attention the media gave to claiming Trump and his supporters were hack conspiracy theorists, but it won’t. That’s your job.
The cabal needs to be exposed so it can’t happen again. Prosecutions are nice, but no one knows who is getting jail time.
Election integrity measures are needed to ensure that Americans know their votes matter. They are all connected. The 2020 shit show informs the need for reforms today. But the OMG, clickbait headline stuff is getting to be a bit much.
I only bring it up because while the road that got us here matters, so does the framing and context. Much like the Obama Birth certificate story or jokes about Michelle Obama being a man, are not going to stop, to the mass of middle-class voters, these things are crass distractions that damage your credibility.
Reporting on discrepancies like 500,000 more ballots than voters is a great story. How can you have that, exactly, and how do we prevent it?
Clearly, someone had a thumb on the scale, and it is a threat to actual democracy, and there’s a nice tie-in to Democrats prattling on about protecting something that appears to be rigged in their favor. Democracy? The thing where 5105 + 1 vote decides the thing. Leading with “The 2020 election was stolen” takes the gas out of that and keeps people who need to read the story from getting past the headline.
You need to find a different spoon to feed it to them. Someone erased your votes. Election integrity on trial. Can we fix a broken system before the midterms? Illegals caught voting (if one can, many can). Why don’t democrats want to protect your vote? You’ll find something that works for you.

You should call or write to your Senator and ask a few questions about the story and its impact on your local, state, and national taxes. If someone can manipulate the ballots, how can I possibly accept that you have some mandate to tax and regulate my community?
It’s a kitchen-table issue, and it’s why we spend time on the ballot chain of custody. 2020 proves people will cheat and lie about it until folks are afraid to ask for the receipts. Most of those people making you afraid to bring it up are Democrats, and it is no coincidence that the discrepancy helped their guy.
