The DC Sound Machine has coughed up yet another hairball. Apparently, former President Obama makes a trip inside the beltway each week to give marching orders to Democrats. Not a surprise. We knew Obama people were herded in to surround Braindead Joe Biden. That Obama, or at least those Obama-adjacent, were responsible for most if not all of Creepy Joe’s failed presidential legacy. It’s so bad he can’t even raise money for a Presidential Library, while Obama requires citizenship and ID to get into that ugly crapstorm of a building he had built, where one can overpay in person, kind of like Disney World, for souvenirs or memorabilia.
I don’t imagine they’ve got anything about gunrunning, his IRS keeping opposing groups from registering as non-profits, T-Shirts with him bowing to foreign leaders, or plastic replicas of the pallets of cash he handed over to the Islamofascists keeping the Middle East fires burning. Benghazi gear? Maybe a mug with a pic of the ambassador’s dead body being dragged through the street? How about a plastic Peace prize awarded before his Afghan Surge, the one he likely ended when he told Joe to pull out “early” in true beta male fashion so the Taliban could sell out military hardware to China or whoever else wanted to reverse engineer it.
Yes, we scan? An exploration of how Barry spied on the press, members of Congress, our allies, his own party, and his treasonous involvement with Team Hillary to undermine Trump after the election, and all the illegal activity before, during, and after.
Barry got a lot of dirt, most of which will never see daylight, but this latest bit has me wondering just how stupid Dems in DC might be. I already had a low opinion of them, but if Obama is running struggle sessions, why would they listen to a word the man says? He gave them Hillary, who gave them Trump. He gave them Joe Biden, then Kamala, which gave them Trump again.
Never underestimate Joe’s ability to F something up? Trump is dismantling Obama’s weaponized government legacy. And not just hear. The cabal that lifted Barry to power, painted him as a savior, complete with god imagery, and helped him try to bring down Trump, is getting thrashed all over the globe.
Every investigation exposing fraud, money laundering, corruption, and the rest undermines both Democrats there and around the country. And every response to the Trump Administration’s exercise of laws democrats helped pass has ended in failure.
The Democrat party is more unpopular than Congress, ICE, and just about everything else. Trump is poised to end the Ukraine War. Iran is a pisser, but then these are fanatics, and that might take longer, but if either happens, the price of oil and gas will drop, and that could springboard everything else into a glowing, happy economy right before the midterms.
An election in which democrats have nothing to run on but that they are not Trump, which cost them the General and both chambers of Congress in 2024.
It’s not technically a shadow government unless Obama is moving RINOs and Dems to thwart Trump’s agenda, which is not beyond probability given how little the Republican Majority has done. If they tossed the filibuster, they could ram through whatever they wanted, which is what Dems would do given the chance, and I’m sure the pressure from the center left to not do that is strong. Obama could take credit for that. But what else might he have to show for his efforts since officially leaving the White House?
Not much. Convincing whoever that Biden was the only Democrat they could steal the election for, perhaps, which isn’t terribly flattering in and of itself, true or not. The Left’s bench hasn’t changed much since then. Barry’s record isn’t exactly stellar if he is the puppet master behind a growing series of policy, strategy, and PR failures.
None of which will matter if Democrats can take one or both chambers of Congress, which will only happen if Republicans don’t turn out for the midterms.
Obama deserves our distrust and derision, and not much else, so how about we make sure Dems have one more reason to sunset his meddling alongside the relevance of their political party this November? Then they can rightly blame him for that, for which he has worked so hard since his coronation as a DEI hire president in 2009. The destruction of his own political party.
