MACDONALD: I’m Not Saying You Killed Them, but Your Permission Structures Did

Harjinder Singh entered the US illegally in 2018 and managed not to kill anyone (that we know about) until 2025. He’s the driver of the tractor-trailer under which a Chrysler minivan could not pass. Singh’s reckless conduct has earned him three counts of vehicular homicide and three counts of manslaughter, which he probably cannot read because he can barely read or speak English.

Harjinder Singh, an illegal alien from India who killed three innocent people, FAILED an English Language Proficiency assessment. Singh provided correct responses to just 2 of 12 verbal questions and only accurately identifying 1 of 4 highway traffic signs.

A reported 2.5 million somebodies signed a petition stating that,

“This was a tragic accident — not a deliberate act,” the petition states. “While accountability matters, the severity of the charges against him does not align with the circumstances of the incident.”

If convicted, the petition requests that Singh receive a “proportionate and reasonable” sentence, that parole eligibility be granted after part of his sentence is served and that alternatives to incarceration — like counseling or community service — be considered.

If the dude was some redneck trucker named Clive in a MAGA hat and the cab video showed the stars and bars behind the driver’s seat, there’d be a petition with 2.5 million signatures to hang him from the nearest oak.

I Blame Democrats

Singh entered your American home illegally. He was a criminal from the day he set foot on US soil without permission, but the argument that it’s not entirely his fault may have merit.

[Singh] was arrested by Border Patrol [and] was processed for expedited removal (fast track deportation) by the first Trump administration but claimed fear of going back to India. USCIS affirmed the fear via a positive finding of fear, and he was released on a $5,000 immigration bond in January 2019 after being given a Notice to Appear. He has remained in immigration proceedings ever since.

While the Trump administration denied him a work permit in September 2020, in June of 2021, the Biden Administration approved a work permit for Singh.

Despite his inability to read and speak English, he received a CDL license in both Washington State and California. He was later pulled over for speeding in New Mexico, but no one arrested him, detained him, forced him to appear, to be legally processed under his asylum claim, or deported him for failing to do any of that.

Everyone in this chain of events who permitted Singh to stay illegally and work illegally probably gave him the impression that his presence, so employed, was just alright with them, until he was driving his truck and three people crashed into it and died.

Ignorance is no excuse. He engaged in multiple illegal actions behind the wheel, which resulted in the deaths of three people. And the matter is not without intent. Everyone who aided and abetted the continued employment of Singh, from his improper licensing to the policy of not reporting illegals for minor infractions, for not ensuring he could read and speak the native language of the nation he broke into (that’s English for the progolodytes), is complicit in the deaths of those free people.

I’m not saying you killed them, but your permission structures did. Your broken worldview and the militant, often violent defense of it are responsible, and Singh will pay the price for that while you virtue signal and act like you are not in some way complicit in any or all of the failures that lead to these deaths.

If you want to hold bartenders responsible for drunk drivers or gun manufacturers for mass shootings, then you just killed those people. Own it. You’ve got so much more red on your ledger; this is almost invisible.

Oh, and Harjinder Singh is not the only one.
