Remember when everyone and the grandmother they claimed you were trying to kill said, they “were just following the CDC’s orders. They meant advice, recommendations, suggestions, advisories, anything the CDC said during the pandemic was why they did it.
Public Health “experts,” often just pencil-pushers or functionaries, did the same. “The CDC says,” was a common refrain. Local politicians greedily aped the call, and no amount of evidence or science could compel them to change their tune.
We’re just following the CDC’s guidance.
The CDC just said there was bad stuff in flu and childhood vaccines. They are pulling the bad stuff and taking a serious look at the excessive number of jabs kids are supposed to get. Furthermore, there will be research and investigation into the effects of delivering so many at once or simultaneously.
ACIP, which advises the FDA, which operates under the CDC, has also said that the annual flu shot is no longer necessary. During the Pandemic, FDA pronouncements were gospel, accepted as if the Burning Bush commanded them from atop Mount Horeb.
Annual flu shots. No.Longer. Recommended.
The usual suspects will gibber and drool and bark at the moon, but here’s the thing. Trump’s CDC and RFJK’s CDC (FDA/ACIP) just got the government out from “between you and your doctor.” I recall that being very important to them at some point when they wanted to grow government.
Now, after a conversation with your doctor or your child’s pediatrician, and what should legally satisfy the need for full and informed consent, you can still choose any or all of these; they just won’t be mandated by distant central planners.
Choice as a human right and a public good beyond the imagined right to kill the unborn. Democrats hate that.
Any guesses on how quickly and thoroughly the local “experts” will share the new guidance?
I’ll go out on a limb here and suggest that, with few exceptions, they won’t even tell patients. When jabs are removed from the childhood schedule, health departments and schools won’t advise parents or change their policies, even though the CDC has recommended it.
