The insidious nature of creeping sharia in infidel lands starts with wedging itself in by coaxing and greasing the politicians to enact/legislate seemingly benign and inconsequential little things, such as requiring stores to designate and completely separate halal food and meat from the non-halal.
What is essential here is that ordinances and laws like this are the beginning of getting the government involved in enforcing Sharia law. That’s how they get a toehold, and the camel’s head pokes in. Little by little, the rest of the ugly, stinking camels get in the room, and there will be no way to get them out. And before you know it, we end up with full-fledged Sharia courts like England.
It’s best not to make even the first concession. The state has no business legislating specific laws to please the dangerous cult of Islam or any other cult.
I do not see myself as an ombudsman for humankind, commissioned by God or self-appointed. I am not egotistical enough to see myself as a universal judge of all wrongdoings.
I, however, unreservedly condemn all genocides, religiously, voter fraud, injustices based or otherwise, and all wrongs visited upon any individual or people irrespective of time, place, and other considerations.
When I became a naturalized citizen, I uttered these words:
“I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God.”
I am grateful that America blessed me; now it’s my turn to give back. Those words are holy to me, and I intend to do precisely that and ask you to let’s do it together to return our Republic to its original form.
