Common Sense is the Foundation of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States. The phrase “Common Sense” never appeared in either document. Nevertheless, it is undeniable that our Founding Fathers understood the essence of “Common Sense”. Their gift is a society that has evolved to recognize that all human beings are entitled to the same rights. Common Sense led the USA to lead the fight against Nazism and Russian Communism in the 20th century.
The success of Common Sense is misunderstood or resented by those who consider themselves smarter than the rest of us. These pseudo-intellectuals commandeered our universities and indoctrinated two generations of our children. These universities became hotbeds of anti-Americanism. The elites promoted intolerance and violence on our campuses and in our streets.
Biden and the Demolitioncrats were elected to give them an opportunity to prove they could govern in a rational and successful manner. The dismal and catastrophic Biden administration allowed 15 million undocumented people to cross our borders unlawfully and also destroyed our energy independence. The American people finally had enough. As a result, Donald J. Trump was re-elected to a second non-consecutive term, nearly unprecedented in American history.
Trump’s first 100 days are proving the wisdom of the American electorate. Some of his accomplishments are:
- America’s southern border is secure.
- The criminal illegal border crossers are being removed.
- The re-industrialization of the USA.
- The restoration of our military and the national security of the USA.
President Trump is restoring Common Sense to the American Republic! The ultimate irony is that even those who so vociferously oppose him will benefit from a successful Trump presidency.
