It’s all about Accountability, and that has become a tool that only turns one way. We are to be held accountable by the Government in so many ways, but they are not. How do I know this?
Secret Service Agents to Be Disciplined Over July 13 Trump Shooting, Director Says
The agency director said there were a number of communications failures ahead of the assassination attempt in Pennsylvania.
Failures, indeed. And the longer the Present walks away from that attempted assassination, the more failures there seem to have been. For the (supposedly) “preeminent” protection agency in the world, the number of failures can’t be coincidental.
But it was this line that caught my attention:
…Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe said Friday that some Secret Service agents who were involved in securing the July 13 rally site where former President Donald Trump survived an assassination attempt face discipline.
In a Friday news conference in Washington, Rowe did not go into details about the staff or possible punishments that could be meted out. He said, however, that he hasn’t “asked for anybody to retire,” adding that reports saying otherwise “are false.”
Retire? Retire? Are you SERIOUS? No, he isn’t – that’s the pablum that seems to form in the interstitial parts of the “Government body.” Let me correct Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe in stating what SHOULD have been said:
I told all of the senior on-site management, the site inspection staff, and all of their management, “YOU’RE FIRED!”
It seems that NO ONE is ever held responsible as long as they are “on the team,” especially the ideological one. Simply, a slap on the wrist or a transfer sideways without a change in pay, responsibility, length of service, or any other diminution of compensation.
Just hide them somewhere for a while so that they can’t embarrass me anymore.
That phrase, “YOU’RE FIRED!” ought to be heard a lot when Trump regains the Oval Office, and I don’t care what political letter follows the firee’s name. Get rid of the rot, and if it means a 50% slashing in force, so be it.
