And the Democrats are ALL about taking “arms” away from those that shouldn’t have access to “weapons of war” – and that includes anyone with dementia, right?

I know that with the SCOTUS Immunity Case, thanks to Trump, we now have to ask the question of “Official Power or Unofficial act?”.  However, is a Red Flag Law, given that most are ex parte, a prosecution?

Or just taking those weapons of war (as the Democrats keep yammering about – except this time, they really ARE weapons of war) a simple confiscation?
