20 Nashua State Reps OPPOSED a Bill Allowing Children To Sell Lemonade Without a License — They Were All DEMOCRATS

On Friday, April 9th, the NH House approved a bill that allows children to sell lemonade without a permit. Amazing that we actually needed a bill to “allow” that: common sense has long gone out the window.
Anyway, you might have guessed that almost all Nashua State Representatives are so authoritarian that they voted “NAY.”
House Bill 183, prohibiting municipalities from requiring a license for a soft drink stand operated by a person under the age of 18 with a vote of 211-163.
