Some observations for why the election turned out as it did

I do wonder of the Left is willing to listen?  No, they won’t – they’ll chalk up the Prez loss to “bad messaging” (standard excuse) or BIGOTS, MISOGYNISTS, XENOPHOBES, JINGOISTS, HOMOPHOBES, RACISTS, CHRISTIANIST (add more adjectives as you see fit)!  But there are some people speaking to EXACTLY why folks voted for Trump and here’s a few the reasonings (reformatted, emphasis mine):

  • FLASHBACK: Peter Turchin: Blame Rich, Overeducated Elites as Society Frays. “Complex human societies, including our own, are fragile. They are held together by an invisible web of mutual trust and social cooperation. This web can fray easily, resulting in a wave of political instability, internal conflict and, sometimes, outright social collapse. . . . We now see the same forces in the contemporary U.S. Of about 30 detailed indicators I developed for tracing these historical cycles (reflecting popular well-being, inequality, social cooperation and its inverse, polarization and conflict), almost all have been moving in the wrong direction in the last three decades.

Remember When the Electoral College Was Great…Back on November 7th, 2016

The Electoral College was great with pre-election predictions like this…

You can’t get much further to the left than MorOn.org. They backed Bernie Sanders. They lamented the hijinks and backroom fixers that denied their candidate of choice for the Democrat Party nomination. But, in the end, they organized for Clinton. They pounded the pre-election pavement for the Hill-da-Beast because cheating is a virtue on the left whose rewards are the progress of progressivism.

But the predictions were not even close. Hillary, Obama’s legacy, the entire progressive experiment, everything the morons at MorOn.org believe got shown the door up and down the ballot. How could people who were so convinced they were so right be so rejected by so many in a majority of sovereign states?

And now a ‘Word’ from the People of the Sovereign States

Control of governorships and state legislatures by state.

The long, slow, underreported decimation of the Democrat party continued in November 2016. Republicans now have trifectas (governors office, majority house, and state senate) in 31 sovereign states. Three remain split. The Democrats control thirteen.

Notable Quote – Mike Rowe (aka “Dirty Jobs”)

Back in 2003, a very unusual TV pilot called Dirty Jobs, Forrest-Gumped its way onto The Discovery Channel and found an audience – a big one. For Discovery, this was a problem. You see, Dirty Jobs didn’t look like anything else on their channel. It wasn’t pretty or careful. It took place in sewers and … Read more

Carol Shea-Porter must be spending time with Fauxcahauntus

That would be Senator Elizabeth “High Cheekbones” Warren – also speaking with forked tongue: Shot: Rep.-Elect Carol Shea-Porter had a liberal voting record during two earlier terms but retained a good working relationship with GOP leaders. “I’ve always been proud of the fact that my Republican colleagues have said I am their favorite Democrat to … Read more

The Relevance of the Electoral College

The electoral college. A brilliant construction designed to protect the little guy from the dangers of direct democracy’s mob-rule complexions…except for when the wrong candidate wins. (A discussion brought to you courtesy of whining Democrats on Facebook.) And for the record, having seen Democrats elected President through the electoral college on a number of occasions, … Read more

Lunatic Fringe

Democratland

The country has been trending away from Democrats since 2009/2010. The most recent national election only proves that Americans continue to grow weary of the left’s politics and priorities.

All the talk about the end of the Republican Party appears to be more projection (wishful thinking or just plain old-fashioned narrative/brain-washing) by the liberal media and Democrats who have been watching their political fortunes decline to the few places in the nation where their veins of corruption run so deep it is nearly impossible to uproot them.

Other than that, the GOP is  on a roll.

Ah yes, we see the Left as they truly are – intolerant

Here’s a few examples of the nicity, the civility, their ability to extend an olive branch to the incoming REPUBLICAN President.  Just like clockwork -every President with an R after their name is the second coming of Mussolini and Hitler and must be stopped.

Sidenote: I’m betting that most of these obtuse crybullies couldn’t even spell Mussolini much less know he was THE modern Fascist leader.

Progressive groups vow to ‘obstruct, delay, and halt’ Donald Trump’s agenda

Democracy for America, a leading liberal political action committee and dependable advocate for the Democratic Party, called for a “progressive political revolution” to stymie what it described as Mr. Trump’s racist and sexist agenda…“We are more convinced than ever that our country needs a massive, multiracial, multigenerational progressive political revolution led by women and people of color that is not beholden to the broken political establishment that brought us to this moment,” he said. “And that’s precisely what we’ll work with our members and our allies to build in the days, weeks and months ahead.”

That is the American way – advocate.  And demonstrate – but boy, all these “spontaneous” demonstrations seemed to be, well, organized?

BlogQuestion of the Day – what, you REALLY have to ask?

AT THE MOMENT: At the moment it appears we will see –as the sun rises– a Republican House, a Republican Senate, a leftist crooked Democrat media, a corrupt federal bureaucracy, a corrupt political elite and a nationalist president. And of course, those HIGHly educated Academicians are so thrilled with Trump’s win

Fragile Meltdowns all over the place.  Yes, these young’uns that think they are ready to rule the world just don’t seem to be ready to be IN the world.  An amalgam of their reactions (and yes, you can predict exactly what has transpired without reading the rest of this post (but you should and go to the links – I just smiled and smiled and chuckled and chuckled.

And went hysterical – there’s no way we can just seal them off and keep them in the Ivory Tower of Tears.  The first one is my favorite – these precious snowflakes could NEVER take on my first boss!  She would have eyed them up and down, sized them up, and proceed to flay them 1″ patch of skin at a time with just her words.

Yale Professor Cancels Exam for Snowflake Students Distraught at Election Result

Liberal students across the nation watched in shock as Donald Trump clinched victory from Hillary Clinton to become the 45th president of the United States. But some wiped their tears, and pulled themselves together enough to ask their professors to cancel their exams because they were so upset by the results. And one Yale economics professor heard the cry, and decided to protect his snowflake charges by making the test optional.

I thought that college was prep for real life – I just had my year end review and trust me, it ain’t optional. But WAIT! There’s much more – and each one is just as stupid (or worse) than the next:
