Concord, NH – As the new legislative biennium begins, the New Hampshire-Israel Relations Caucus is proud to announce the election of Representatives James Spillane and Paul Berch as its co-chairs. The bipartisan and bicameral caucus, which plays a key role in promoting legislation to strengthen the relationship between New Hampshire and Israel, will be guided by the leadership of these two experienced lawmakers.
The NH-Israel Relations Caucus is dedicated to fostering positive bilateral ties, advancing policies that encourage mutual cooperation, and opposing any legislation that may be detrimental to the interests of both New Hampshire and Israel. Through their leadership, Representatives Spillane and Berch will continue to advocate for initiatives that deepen the economic, cultural, and strategic partnership between the two regions.
In addition to their leadership role in the caucus, Representatives Spillane and Berch have been invited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Israel, through the Consul General for Israel to New England, to travel to Israel in January 2025. The trip will offer the co-chairs an opportunity to engage with Israeli officials, deepen their understanding of the nation’s challenges and opportunities, and further strengthen the ties between New Hampshire and Israel.

Representative Paul Berch added, “This collaboration will enhance the economic ties and wellbeing of both the people of Israel and of New England. New Hampshire has strong trade relations with Israel involving goods and services, as well as academic exchanges. We look forward to continued cooperation.”
