The Part Of Judge Amy Messer’s Right-To-Groom Decision That Explains Everything

Here is the LINK to Judge Amy Messer’s decision that public schools in New Hampshire have a right to groom students. But you really do NOT need to read the entire decision to understand why Messer … or Judge Groomer, if you prefer … ruled the way she did.

The following excerpt explains EVERYTHING:

Did you catch that? Because it explains everything … “THEIR GENDER AS ASSIGNED AT BIRTH.”

So the underlying basis of Messer’s decision is her belief that we are not born either male or female, but rather that we have a gender “assigned” to us at birth and that we can later choose to be a different gender.  Needless to say that, when the judge starts with the premise that the child in question has been “misgendered” by her parent, that parent does NOT stand a chance.

Messer attempts to make her political decision look like a legal decision by claiming that the parent is demanding control over how the school teaches the child. This is patently ABSURD. The parent is not asking that a certain history textbook be used or that Hemingway be read in American Literature instead of Steinbeck. Rather, the parent is asking merely that the school use the child’s REAL name.

It is totally inappropriate and unacceptable for a judge to use her position to act as an advocate for transgender ideology, as Messer has done in this case. Indeed, it demands removal from the bench. But don’t hold your breath waiting for the “Republican” House and Senate to do so. They are much too busy talking about the Fed-Funds rate.
