Hat-Tip toNH-NeverTrumpJournal. Here is LINK.
In 2016, then Governor Hassan nominated the Far-Left Amy Messer to the Superior Court. Messer, according to an article by NH-NeverTrumpJournal, has just “found” a “right to grooming,” that is that public schools can groom students and parents can do absolutely NOTHING about it.
You don’t need to read the decision to know that as a legal matter is it pure poppycock. Under the United States Constitution, parents have a fundamental right to direct the education of their children. (As a parenthetical observation, why was the lawsuit brought in state court, which remains full of Hassan-judges, and not federal court? The parent(s) should find a new lawyer asap.)
Every Republican candidate should be talking about this outrageous decision today … as should Stepanek and the State Party. They should be hammering Hassan and the other Democrat-candidates with it. But with the exception of Rich Girard, as far as I can tell, so far crickets. Because, apparently, as reported here and elsewhere (see screenshot below from New Hampshire Bulletin below), the NHGOP is going to obey the Sun-King and spend from now until Election Day talking about the Fed Funds rate:

If the NHGOP is just going to act like it is normal and no big deal for a Hassan-judge to declare a “right to grooming,” they deserve to lose.
