Strafford county district 3 (New Durham, Middleton) has a 2 for 1 primary. Mackenzie Brisson is a promising newcomer who could be great. (More info here: www.citizenscount.org/candidate/mackenzie-brisson/running). David Bickford is a multi-term RINO who might be hoping that people have forgotten about his terrible voting record.
This report is based on his record from 2013-16. I have not examined his earlier record.
In 2013-14 Bickford voted 113 times with Democrats against Republicans. The following term he voted 111 times with Democrats. Bickford earns the RINO Hall of Shame with those triple digits of bad votes in two separate terms. I can find only 15 other RINOs who voted that badly in the last decade.
