Indeed:
- Abortion – really a case of Federalism sending Powers back to the States
- School Vouchers – really a case of Religious Liberty and telling States they can’t discriminate against non-secular schools
- Guns – really a case of Individual Liberty / Constitution MEANS what is written (“shall not be infringed”)
- Prayer – again, Religious Freedom that Government is not allowed to stop
- CO2 / Climate Change – really a case of stopping a government agency, the EPA, from acting on Powers it grabbed on its own instead of just “following orders” in its authorizing legislation
