If you have been following the REFUSAL of the majority-GOP New Hampshire House to protect schoolchildren from groomers, then you know that prior to the vote the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office issued a totally bogus “legal opinion” to provide cover for groomer-friendly GOP reps to vote against the bill.
To be clear, Attorney General Formella either lied or he is totally incompetent. This is NOT a situation where it can be argued that two reasonable lawyers could look at the issue and either support the NH-DOJ’s position or support the National Legal Foundation’s position. This was either an attempt to deliberately mislead or Formella knows nothing about the relevant area of the law and was snookered by the woke-lawyers who populate the NH-DOJ. It’s one or the other … PERIOD.
Which is not really important because in either case Formella is not fit to hold the office of Attorney General.
So my question for Speaker Sherm is … WHEN IS THE FORMELLA IMPEACHMENT?
