Wake up and Smile – Mom to School Board: “We’re Done Asking…We Are Unmasking Our Kids”

Video of moms bringing the rain on local school boards is a hot ticket these days, so this should be equally pleasing. This mom from San Diego is a former Miss California and is the wife of a former NFL quarterback.

And Carrie Boller has had enough of this crap, and she’s not taking any more of it.

I’m simply here to tell you to unmask our children. We’re done begging. In fact, we’re done asking. We are going to unmask our children tonight. The pandemic is over! The parents are done. We’re done asking you, public servants, for permission.

I’m not sure how that’s going to work out but Carries not just throwing shade.

I would love to run for school board to replace all of you. So I’m going to promise you tonight that I will campaign against you, I will, I will fundraise against you, and I will make sure that none of you ever serve in a public space ever again.”

Carri Boller is not, by the way, new to this sort of thing. This former Miss California (Carrie Prejean). In the Miss America pageant, she was asked a question by gay blogger Perez Hilton about gay marriage, and her answer did not toe the line on the approved narrative.

I think it’s great that Americans are able to choose one or the other. We live in a land that you can choose same-sex marriage or opposite marriage and, you know what, in my country and my family I think that I believe that a marriage should be between a man and a woman. No offense to anyone out there but that’s how I was raised and that’s how I think it should be between a man and a woman.

She thinks it’s great that people can have that choice, but it’s not hers. Her reward for being honest was not being allowed a choice herself. You think like them or keep it to yourself.

Carrie didn’t get that message, and we’re so proud of her for that.
