Andrew Manuse of ReOpenNH started a GiveSendGo account to help the Hoells’ defray their mounting legal costs against the “legal kidnapping attempt” by DCYF.
This is all because the staff at CMC decided he was a Bad Man for giving a legal substance, Ivermectin, to his family when they all came down with the CCP COVID Flu (and all got better with no ill effects) when he brought his son in for a possible overdose of Tylenol. Now he’s got a minimum of $10K.
Hope he sues CMC over this especially because his son was FINE!
GivSendGo is a Christian Crowdfunding Site – just like GoFundMe without the illiterate ideology (yeah, they didn’t like GranitGrok when I put in a funding request years ago). Andrew Manuse started an account for JR and his family and here’s a quick status (I just donated):
I’ve had run-ins with DCYF as a former DayCare Center owner and after they had given us family caregiver status for our Grandson right after his birth. This was after the Youngest had returned from a year’s tour in Afghanistan with the 101 Airborne with PTSD (and self-medicating).
At the end of the second hearing for my son, the DCYF Social worker stood up and insinuated to the judge that we were not proper Family Caregivers simply because I had guns in our home.
I stood up and told the judge how DARE that DCYF denies us simply because I exercised my 2A rights and questioned that SJW SW why they’d do that JUST AFTER saying that the Grandson was thriving, with us.
That simply owning firearms, as protected by the 2nd Amendment and NH’s Constitution article 2A was cause for removal?
I knew at the time that if she was successful, he’d be placed into the foster care system and we’d likely never see him again.
Fortunately, the Judge gave a rather stern look to the SW, the DCYF lawyer gave her a figurative poke in the ribs, and she got the messages and plopped down.
Now, not all of the DCYF employees are like that – we met a few along the way to making the Grandson legally ours by adoption. But those that are not nice can be real Bullies.
It sounds like JR has been surrounded by them in this case.
So I ask, like the others, to chip in a coupla bucks. I couldn’t give much right now – but I did.
