You Comply Because You Want It to End, but It Is Because of Your Compliance That It Will Never End

This is one of those rare occasions when we have a post due to publish in a few minutes, and we don’t have one. Well, until now. I saw this, and it struck me as not just true and obvious. But is it obvious to everyone? And might it have the power to break through the COVID fog and reach people?

You comply becasue you want it to end

You comply because you want it to end, but it’s because of your compliance that it will never end.

I think this says in just a few words what lay at the heart of the problem with public health fascism. At first, we allowed it because we did not know. But within weeks, it became clear that nothing was what it seemed.

The experts continued to chart this course, and everywhere they went unchallenged, the tyranny only got worse. There are places in America where today, this flue that over 99% of us would survive, most with little more than a few days of discomfort, defines what you as a citizen are allowed to do and even – in some places – say.

At the same time, non-citizens are being given more rights than actual Americans. Why?

Because we allow it.

In Virginia, some parents stood up and said no more. Enough, but then not enough. Just over half is good, but we need more. Critical Race Theory is a political tool that uses race to divide us.

Race, income, employment, energy, education, opportunity, and now the right to our own bodies is being used to divide us.

But only because we all it.

Stop allowing it.

Push back. Ask questions. Challenge Assumption. Show up at town and school board meetings. Get involved. Do not let them decide how you will live without your input because they have and will, and at some point, they will take your ability to be involved away as well.

For your own good. That’s what they’ll say.

But it’s never about you. It’s always about them. And they will never stop looking for ways to take things away from you. Even after you think they’ve taken everything.

It doesn’t have to be that way but we have to stop enabling them.

Take back your school boards, towns, counties, and states. You have that power but you have to get involved.

And the good news is that people are getting involved. We just need more of them.

Be a missionary for freedom. Choose to let others choose for themselves, don’t give that power away.
