The 535 Stooges

What’s wrong with this picture?  According to Fox News, Republican senators want to overturn Biden’s vaccine mandate for private employees, using something called the Congressional Review Act:

The Congressional Review Act (CRA) can be used by Congress to overturn certain federal agency regulations and actions through a joint resolution of disapproval. If a CRA joint resolution of disapproval is approved by both houses of Congress and signed by the president, or if Congress successfully overrides a presidential veto, the rule at issue is invalidated.

So, for this to work, the president has to approve of the disapproval to the order that he put into place.

Can a legislative body that would come up with something this stupid be trusted with any power at all?
