I’m on all kinds of Democrat email lists – sometimes under me and a number of aliases. It’s always amusing to see which name ends up on which list. Or, even more amusing, how many aliases end up on the same list.

But Sununu saw the strength of our grassroots team and REJECTED McConnell’s calls to run for Senate. Now, Hassan’s strongest challenger is OUT of contention — but this isn’t over yet, team.

Now, I get these all the time and everything is a CRISIS! with these nitwits. Now, if I were them, I would be doing the Snoopy Happy Dance. #1 threat just took himself off the Board and letting Maggie The Red’s blood pressure a rest. I’m thinking that they are thinking there’s no one in NH that can seriously beat her. We’ll only know when the Political Wonks do their recalcs and re-calibrate their Dem / Repub leanings how much of an impact this makes.
But that’s just the normal part. Note that they go right back into “IT’S A CRISIS!” mode again and, as they all do, bring up their needed scapegoats and bogeymen (e.g., Cocaine Mitch and Trump) to keep their base riled up. Everything is, and needs, to be a crisis. It’s my take that they’ve been using that mode for so long, anything less than DEFCON1 puts them to sleep.
And the messaging goes to waste.
But the Democrat Senatorial Campaign Committee are heaving a great sigh of relief.
The RSCC, on the other hand, just sent out for another tanker truck of Rolaids (liquid format to chug down easier).
