One of the more dangerous Jab mandates from the Feds was the one that forced any health worker at facilities getting federal money to be vaccinated.
Medicare and Medicaid money, to be specific. A lot of providers, especially nursing homes, were hit hard.
That one mandate single-handedly undermined the whole narrative for the original lockdowns (not overwhelming health care facilities), but a Judge just blocked it from further implementation in the states listed in the lawsuit against the Feds.
District Court Judge Matthew T. Schelp, a bit late, but to the rescue, at least in the states involved in this case.
Today’s ruling, in a lawsuit brought by Missouri and other states, issues a preliminary injunction against the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services mandate.
The CMS mandate now joins Biden’s broader OSHA mandate on the chopping block. For now, it applies only in the 10 states that brought the lawsuit, including Iowa, Missouri, and New Hampshire.
Where Governors like Sununu would not step in because (so they claimed) it was not the state’s place, a federal judge has. His logic for blocking the mandate until it could walk through the legal process?
“Plaintiffs are likely to succeed in establishing that the CMS vaccine mandate is arbitrary and capricious.”
This ruling only applies to Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, both Dakotas and Wyoming.
We expect Governor Sununu to take some credit for this protection a dollar short and a day late, himself. But hw many health care workers have been affected by this mandate. Folks who lost their jobs or, worse, abandoned their rights of conscience because some political seat-warmer in Concord couldn’t stand up for their individual rights?
I’m sure they’d now like to know why.
The answer is probably simple enough. Sununu is beholden to the Hosptial Cartels and this Federal Court judge is not.
