“Gov. Sununu: No, well, look, we are not going to mandate vaccines, nobody wants to mandate vaccines, even Washington doesn’t want to mandate vaccines. That’s absolutely the wrong approach.”
Here’s the full deal from the interview that was done JUST YESTERDAY (9/9/21):
Gov. Sununu: No, well, look, we are not going to mandate vaccines, nobody wants to mandate vaccines, even Washington doesn’t want to mandate vaccines. That’s absolutely the wrong approach. You have to appreciate that there’s a lot of folks that aren’t vaccinated. A third or more of our population isn’t vaccinated. It isn’t one political party, it isn’t one age demographic, although the older demographic seems to be much more vaccinated than the younger.
But as you go through that, you realize, you know, there are a lot of young women who are teachers or nurses that are concerned about the vaccine because they may get pregnant later on. And so you have to have the right message for them in terms of the safety as it pertains to fertility and things like that. [Editor’s note: to date, there’s no research showing the vaccine has a negative affect on a person’s ability to get pregnant]. And you want them to engage with their doctor to have those discussions. There are folks that, you know, for a variety of reasons. “Oh, I’ll get it. I’ll get the vaccine when I go and finally see my doctor.” “Well, when’s that?” “Well, maybe early next year?” No, you want to push them. They’re willing to do it, but they’re doing it, kind of. They’re not doing it out of a lack of convenience.
Messaging, schmessinging. It’s all that Rick Ganley, the NPR interviewer, whined about. It’s the Left’s constant din against those that are ready to toe THEIR line. It’s always “well, if you got educated, you’d agree with ME!” as if “ME” was the end all be all. Most of these problems are because of YOUR moral preening and believing you know better than everyone else, that you have a “solution” that is right for you even though I’m sitting here in the NPR Studio in front of a mic and I haven’t a clue as to what your name is. And here’s Sununu saying that messaging is the end all be all.
It’s that Government has become our Nanny, like it or not (and I bet more of us hate it than those that love it). Sununu thinks, that simply by the sound of his voice, people who have real concerns about getting vaxxes will just melt before him.
Makes no different that Government first told us that masks weren’t needed until they were even though the physics of masks don’t “fit” the biological structure of WuFlu (e.g., protein size, mask pore size, aerosols, human behavior). Then it was all about “wait for the vaccine”. Now it’s that the vaccine is insufficient and now those that have taken the Jab have to wear masks again.
People have realized that Government’s “messaging” sucks because they can’t get it straight – what’s true and what’s not. So why believe ANYTHING coming out of ANY Government official’s mouth no matter what office they hold????
Sorry, we don’t live our lives simply because you think you’re the SMAHT people and we’re not and we’re supposed to be “compliant”. These boobs keep forgetting that America was born out of a violent revolution by brigands, smugglers, and people who hated their overreaching Governments. Some of us still have that mind set. After all, our State motto is still Live Free or Die.
Maybe that’s why Chris Pappas and the rest of the Democrats hate it – they hate the fact that some of us still refuse to bend our knee to Government – and their demands aren’t supposed to be viewed as bad???
So the REAL question – is Sununu going to defend THIS STATE against Biden demented demands of last night? Federalism is at stake here – will Sununu be willing to stand up and defend us against this? Sorry, I have real doubts that he will. Real doubts given “Public Health trumps EVERYTHING” – including the US and NH Constitutions.
Oh, as a toss-away to NPR “editor who just HAD to show that NPR was toeing President Feeble’s line:
[Editor’s note: to date, there’s no research showing the vaccine has a negative affect on a person’s ability to get pregnant]
Yeah, they said the same thing about Thalidomide as well.
