Comparing Sars-Cov-2 Natural Immunity to Vaccine-Induced Immunity: Reinfections versus Breakthrough Infections

“Comparing Sars-Cov-2 Natural Immunity to Vaccine-Induced Immunity: Reinfections versus Breakthrough Infections” is the name of a report published online at MedRxiv. The conclusion? The Jabernauhts are not going to love it.

This study demonstrated that natural immunity confers longer lasting and stronger protection against infection, symptomatic disease and hospitalization caused by the Delta variant of SARS-CoV-2, compared to the BNT162b2 two-dose vaccine-induced immunity. Individuals who were both previously infected with SARS-CoV-2 and given a single dose of the vaccine gained additional protection against the Delta variant.

This means that the 98.7% or so of us who have nothing to fear from any form of this virus are better off if we come into contact with it absent The Jab™ than with it.

Researchers found that the vaccinated had a higher incidence of symptomatic disease and hospitalization from the Delta variant than the unvaccinated. And it wasn’t just a chance. The likelihood was, to use their words, significant.

Overall, 673,676 MHS members 16 years and older were eligible for the study group of fully vaccinated SARS-CoV-2-naïve individuals; 62,883 were eligible for the study group of unvaccinated previously infected individuals and 42,099 individuals were eligible for the study group of previously infected and single-dose vaccines.

The study focused on the Israeli population, with a significant percentage of vaccinated citizens with one or both Pfizer jabs. Those receiving just one jab who had been previously infected doing significantly better than those who had both.

Those with natural immunity from a previous exposure also did much better when exposed to the Delta variant than those with two jabs.

Our analysis demonstrates that SARS-CoV-2-naïve vaccinees had a 13.06-fold increased risk for breakthrough infection with the Delta variant compared to those previously infected, when the first event (infection or vaccination) occurred during January and February of 2021. The increased risk was significant for a symptomatic disease as well.

The lesson here is that continuing to insist that vaccination is for the public good is, in fact (as we always suspected) rubbish. The new ad campaign in NH to convince people in low-risk groups to get the Jab is a waste of money.

Mandatory COVID19 vaccination should be against the law.
