And then they will use the same justification to surveil for “COVID-misinformation” or “election-disinformation” … and from there to whatever speech and thought they disagree with and want to suppress … until they get to the point where they will no longer feel the need to justify the surveillance. The point where it is normal.
This is the proverbial “foot-in-the-door” to a surveillance/police-State where we are constantly surveilled for thought crimes. Where Big-Tech and government work hand-in-hand.
Needless to say, we should not expect any pushback from the grifter-RINOS “leading” the GOP. According to them, the free market will solve this … dozens of new Apples will spring up to meet the demand of consumers who don’t want to be surveilled. And, in the meantime, while you’re waiting for these dozens of new Apples to spring to life …. just don’t use your phone, if you feel that strongly about surveillance … because Apple is a private company and private companies … especially private companies worth trillions … can do whatever spying for the government they want to do.
