I met up with NHGOP RNC Committeeman Chris Ager Wednesday night at an event and asked if he had much news to relay back to GraniteGrok readers. Apparently, Critical Race Theory (CRT) is not just a grassroots issue.
It is being introduced at the Republican National Committee level as well.
Either this issue is so toxic that this upper echelon of the GOP is finally “getting it” in this Culture War – or he’s listening to the boots on the ground back here in NH. At my request, he sent this to me.
Fellow NH State Committee Members,
Like many, I am deeply disturbed by the tenets of Critical Race Theory. Many of our NH County Committees have passed resolutions against CRT and the notions therein. I applaud our Republican House, Senate and Governor for taking steps in HB2 to limit the damage of this ridiculous racist indoctrination in NH. The fight, however, has only just begun. As part of the continued effort against the harmful effects of CTR, I have consulted with several committee members and submitted a Draft Resolution into the Resolutions Committee of the RNC (attached).
Resolutions become formal submissions for action in the end of July. RNC members conduct our annual RNC Summer Meeting August 11-13 which includes potential modifications and decisions on Resolutions (amongst other business). If passed, Resolution concepts can be adopted into the Republican Platform as well as give the position of the Party on issues.
I ask for your input, if any, on this topic. My role is to represent you and NH. I believe I have done that.
Thank You,
Chris Ager

RESOLUTION SUPPORTING “ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL” & CONDEMNING CRITICAL RACE THEORY
WHEREAS, the Declaration of Independence states “We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal”; and
WHEREAS, Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr. looked “to a day when people will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character”; and
WHEREAS, Acts 17:26 proclaims that all nations of men are made of one blood; and
WHEREAS, “Critical Race Theory” (CRT) is the antithesis of the above and built on the intellectual framework of identity-based Marxism; and
WHEREAS, Critical Race Theory begins on the hollow premise that America is a systemically racist country, always has been, and always will be; despite the facts that we have: multiple non-discrimination laws; a thriving black middle-class; had a multi-racial President; and, a multiracial woman holding the Office of Vice President; and
WHEREAS, Critical Race Theory public school indoctrination separates elementary school children into groups of “oppressors” and “oppressed,” teaches that all white people play a part in perpetuating systemic racism and that all white Americans are born racists; and
WHEREAS Critical Race Theory has been injected into government agencies, public school systems, teacher training programs, and corporate human-resources departments, in the form of diversity-training programs, human-resources modules, public-policy frameworks, and school curricula; and
WHEREAS, Critical Race Theory is divisive, separates Americans by race, and is itself a racist; therefore,
be it RESOLVED, The Republican National Committee (RNC) condemns Critical Race Theory (and similar discriminatory ideological indoctrination) and urges the Federal Government and the States to review and eliminate these harmful tenets from any publicly funded indoctrination by executive action and/or legislation.
Respectfully Submitted:
