Will the “Bias Response Team” Please Pick up the Nearest Black CRT Courtesy Phone…

Black Phone Classic corded

One of the more ironic innovations from the ideological forbears of Critical Race Theory (and the Masters of the Social Justice Universe) is something called a bias response team. It responds to alledged incidents of harassment, discrimination or…wait for it…bias.

Here’s what UNH, the University of New Hampshire, asks of those who have witnessed or been “victims” of Bias.

If you have observed, experienced or been provided information about an incident of sexual harassment, and, or sexual violence, discrimination, harassment, retaliation or bias, please report the incident by contacting the Affirmative Action and Equity Office at
(603) 862-2930 Voice / TTY Users 7-1-1 or submit a report via the Incident Report Form (IRF) above. Anonymous reports may be submitted with the exception of Mandatory Reporters.

Notoriously #woke Smith College explains it like this.

Bias incidents covered under the Bias Response Team mechanism include an act of bigotry, harassment or intimidation based on age, color, creed, disability, gender identity, gender expression, race, religion, nation/ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation or veteran status committed on campus for which the respondent cannot be identified.

What if you can identify the respondent?

You can identify by name who is responsible for the “bias incident” and the ongoing discrimination and harassment based solely on your race and ethnic origin?

  • The Discriminatory Harassment Policy (where both parties are students)

    • Offensive or degrading remarks, verbal abuse, or other hostile behavior such as insulting, teasing, mocking, degrading or ridiculing another person or group;
    • Racial slurs, derogatory remarks about a person’s accent, or display of racially offensive symbols;
    • Unwelcome or inappropriate physical contact, comments, questions, advances, jokes, epithets or demands; and
    • Displays or electronic transmission of derogatory, demeaning or hostile materials.

  • The Equal Educational Opportunity Policy (where the complainant is a student and the respondent is a faculty or staff member)

    • Discrimination, under this policy, is treatment of a student based on their age, race, color, national origin/ancestry, religion, sex or gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability, genetic information, or veteran status/membership in the uniformed services that adversely affects their ability to access or participate in an educational opportunity at the college.

  • The Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Policy (where both parties are employees)

    • offensive or degrading remarks, verbal abuse, or other hostile behavior such as insulting, teasing, mocking, degrading, or ridiculing another person or group;
    • racial slurs, derogatory remarks about a person’s accent, or displaying racially offensive symbols;
    • unwelcome or inappropriate physical contact, comments, questions, advances, jokes, epithets, or demands;
    • physical assault or stalking;
    • displays or electronic transmission of derogatory, demeaning or hostile materials.

CRT in all its forms by design is degrading, verbal abuse. Discrimination based on race and ethnic origin. The moment it is taught or students are compelled – disguised as learning – to believe, write, or repeat anything it purports to teach the teachers, school, Administration, the Teachers Union, and the School board have aided and abetted a basis incident.

Over and over again.

Students who repeat or believe what they are told are committing bias incidents.

The objects of this racial derision are being bullied and intimidated.

The only Bias response team is you, us.
