The COVID19 political-response “beatings” have lessened, but their motivation remains. The culture of fear and an even more dangerous belief that government should use that to make arbitrary judgments that violate your natural rights.
It’s a problem, mostly and as usual from the Left, which leads the ruling class by the nose.
We need a paradigm shift. The pandemic was never about a virus. The only real threat to life and liberty was the response and people allowing it.

Politicians are slaves to public opinion. A rare few can find principles and then articulate them in defense of natural rights and individual liberty. A rare breed that can explain why the government should not or cannot trample on sacred ground. Why liberty is rarer and more important than life.
Kristi Noem. Ron DeSantis. They treaded, but then lightly, and then not at all.
Andrew Cuomo, Gretchen Whitmer, Gavin Newsom took an excavator to the birthright of their citizens and then set that tumbled landscape aflame. Those fires continue to burn.
Here in New Hampshire, Governor Chris Sununu thinks he tread some third way. A balance of limitations for the greater good. But there is no greater good than human liberty free from random acts of tyranny. Constitutions do not exist as dampers to be opened or closed. They are barriers not to be crossed.
They are restraining orders in perpetuity. Protective Orders, if you like, and violating them has to have consequences or they are meaningless.
Our Governor, most if not all of the State Democrat Party, far too many Republicans, and an army of people who just didn’t know any better (and a few Judges who should know better), spent the past 14-months using that “restraining order” as a doormat.
But the only emergency I see is the state of emergency itself.
To put that in perspective, let’s look at some numbers.
After 14 months living with this so-called pandemic flu plague – out of a population of 1.3 million – just over 7% of that population ever felt the need to get tested, and most were probably tested against their will and then quarantined after receiving false test results.
Of the 98,941 “positive” tests in New Hampshire, 1.5% of those or 1509 people were in the hospital when tested, many for other procedures and without symptoms. This number represents 0.11% of the state population.
A total of 1351 people died (attributed to COVID19, though that is likely incorrect). This represents 1.3% of all “positive” tests and 0.1% of the state population.
96% of deaths attributed to COVID19, and again, that is probably a flawed number were people over 60. Nearly 86.5% of those were people over 70.
About 70% of all deaths occurred in the isolation of nursing homes, shifting the statistical probability of you actually catching this flu or needing any treatment closer to zero.
You did not need to be restrained, locked down, declared non-essential.
And recent admissions by so-called experts have revealed that masks do not help (we always said that), distancing is speculative (it’s not even scientific), and the PCR test was, in fact, crap – and still is.
This leaves you with two conclusions.
Taken at face value, with few and rare exceptions, your life or livelihood was wrecked for no good reason.
Taken factually given recent admissions by people like Flip-Flop Fauci, this was all a scam and a complete waste of time – and should never be allowed to happen again.
The cure we need is a change in the political attitude of the people. Folks that bring this to the voting booth when they choose politicians. People who will lean on the politicians to restrain government before and for the people.
If you do not vote for liberty in every election from here on out, you will lose it. If you wonder what that looks like, it will probably involve shortages, civil war, and the complete upheaval of life as you know it.
It will make the inconveniences of the so-called lockdowns look like a time-out.
You were lied to, screwed over, and you still have the power to fix that.
But do you have the will?
