Breaking – Unconstitutional Lawyer Confirmed to NH Superior Court [Updated]

Activists will now need to add the Court of Judge Daniel Will to their radar. He’s the Sununu Admin lawyer who convinced a different Superior Court Judge that the Governor had the power to ignore the Constitution during a state of emergency.

If Daniel “Will” ignore the constitution’s place as a means to constrain government as a lawyer, we can only assume the Judge “Will” as well.

New Hampshire’s Executive Council voted 4-1 to confirm the appointment, with Councilor Wheeler being the only dissenter.

That’s disappointing, but we did try, and there’s no reason to stop. From our good friends at ReopnNH,

Constitutional threat Daniel Will was just confirmed to the NH superior court. Executive Councilor Dave Wheeler was the ONLY ONE to vote against him. Here is the contact info for the four councilors who don’t care about your constitutional rights if you want to express your displeasure:

Councilor Joe Kenney (603-447-9263), 603-581-8780, Joseph.Kenney@nh.gov
Councilor Cinde Warmington (603-225-7262), Cinde.Warmington@nh.gov
Councilor Ted Gatsas, (603) 623-0211, Ted.Gatsas@nh.gov
Councilor Janet Stevens, (603) 436-1645, Janet.L.Stevens@nh.gov

Elections are a little over a year away. Start recruiting now. There are organizations, like ReopenNH, that will support good candidates. We need solid constitutional candidates to step up to the plate in 2022.

It is true that the only thing politicians feel is political pain, and they only feel it when the voters remind them. So, remind them, but we will remind you: as much as you like to be, don’t be an a**hole. Be brief, direct, and explain why you object to their vote – Will was a proven constitutional risk and should not be tasked with interpreting it to protect us from you (or something similar).

Yes, impeachment is an option if Judge Will continues living by his defense of Sununu’s overreaching emergency orders, but the Superior Court Judge you agreed with him never got impeached, so do not rely on that as a means of redress unless you also plan on replacing a third of the legislature – which is an idea we support.

Too many Democrats there as it is, even with them in the minority.

UPDATE: Just thought I’d let you know – Joe Kenney is MY Executive Councilor and his cell phone mailbox is full and the other number was busy when I called. I’ll be letting him know that GraniteGrok will be watching because I am TICKED at this vote of his.  KEEP CALLING YOUR Exec. Councilors!!!!  -Skip
