Biden Wants a US Embassy in Libya – He Should Name It After Ambassador Chris Stephens

On September 11, 2012, months before Obama’s election to a second term, the US Embassy in Benghazi, Libya was attacked. People died, and team Obama lied. A lot. For a long time. And they got away with it because they’re Democrats. And now Democrats want back into Libya.

A light reading of the DC establishment think-tank voodoo – a wind machine beneath Biden’s tattered wings – is that he’s looking to fix a mess Trump left behind. Conspicuously absent are the facts. Obama and the UN toppled a stable government that had eschewed nuclear interests and terrorism as a favor to the Muslim Brotherhood.

The Arab silent spring in Egypt wasn’t working out.

Muammar Qaddafi was no great and liberal man, but his history of warmongering and terror-sponsorship had waned significantly. He’d been settled a bit, cowed by a previous president, in a region that needed more stability, not less.

Obama and Biden replaced that with chaos, a refugee crisis, a civil war, mountains of dead, and a humanitarian crisis.

The rise of a terror state that culminated in the attack on the US Embassy, the death of Americans, and the dead body of Ambassador Christopher Stephens dragged through the streets.

Biden’s want to go back. Whoever is Running his Administration (WRBA) is engaged in high-level talks with the new government. The Think Tank Shamans are saying the US needs to be there (get this) to establish stability along the Mediterranean in support of our UN partners in Europe.

These are the people who created the instability in the first place and used it to run guns into the Middle East.

And now we’re going to try to establish relations and build a new embassy.

It’s not an unheard-of act. Global Politics being what it is. Hey, Trump convinced long-time enemies to recognize Israel and open relations, trade, and other mutual benefits.

But Democrats suck at this stuff. The only thing they do well is revolution, upheaval, and chaos. They destroy everything they touch. Is this about stability – which appears to have taken root or instability, which is the state the Left naturally prefers?

Whatever the motivation, and I honestly think it’s just a BS PR move to give the appearance of at least one diplomatic win using long-hanging fruit, they should name the Embassy after Christopher Stephens. That way, everyone who comes or goes will remember what Obama, Biden, the Clintons, and maybe even the UN countries did to the place and ask why?

Not officially because, after all, at this point, what difference does it make?
