When their serial delusions of catastrophes never come to pass, they tweak the consensus, but what to do about this? After forty years of “tipping point” rhetoric on polar ice, the planet continues to defy these experts.
Four years ago, during late-March of 2017, Antarctic sea ice measured 3 million sq km, and now, at the end of March 2021, measurements have reached 5+ million sq km. This should be an impossibility under the global warming theory, yet here we are – an increase of 2 million sq km.
Its polar cousin is not cooperating either. Decades into the fearmongering of rising seas caused by melting glaciers and swarming tides, it’s business as usual. And while we had a mild winter in the Northeast, much of America had record cold and snow, as did nations worldwide.
The Cult has been pretending that this was proof of their claims (sorry, no), but sea ice is another polar bugbear all its own. They can ignore the bears doing well, but can they ignore the ice?
Adding ice inventory contravenes the coastal catastrophe consensus. The South Pole is adding ice, and the North Pole is still well within its 1981-2010 mean. That’s within the average total volume of sea ice from before Al-Gore, and the IPCC snatched a Nobel for promising the opposite.
As we find ourselves getting deeper into a major solar minimum, do not be surprised when the Cult spins the narrative again as predicted because,
The weather refusing to cooperate is not a deal-breaker for them. … That’s why none of their predictions has come to pass and never will, why they keep changing the theory to fit the circumstances. Except for one. Arctic Sea Ice. … Why? It’s not part of your everyday. You don’t live near it. It’s not making you uncomfortable. The assumption is that the media can continue to cite experts who’ve gotten not one other damn thing right and you’ll believe them.
Do not believe them.
And the Climate Cult really does presage the COVID Cult. Our tolerance for decades of BS about the weather is what emboldened them to pull the mask up over our noses and mouths. They are political twins, conjoined at the Democrat party. Both seeking the same solution.
The economic subjugation of a nation. An economic ice storm that will freeze prosperity to death if we let it.
