So there was this a few days ago from New Hampshire’s Sun-King:
First of all, we have known this for months. More specifically, many countries in Europe and many States returned to in-person, classroom learning months ago.
Sununu is gaslighting us when he claims the “science” only now is telling us that classrooms are not COVID super-spreaders.
Another thing … Sununu and his fellow NeverTrump/Democrat Governors have been stoking fear about COVID for nearly a year. More specifically, Sununu has said that the COVID vaccines are “game-changing” and “one of the most important undertakings in the history of our state” …
Sununu, after months and months and months of COVID gaslighting, has nobody but himself to blame if teachers demand to be vaccinated before returning to in-person teaching.
He knew all along that COVID was not a deadly threat to the vast majority of the population. He knew all along that lockdowns/masks/etcetera had no scientific basis, but were political tools designed to tank the economy and otherwise damage Trump politically. But Sununu chose, for his own personal political gain, to prey on people’s fears and their trust in government rather than tell the truth. You can’t fault the teachers now after the months of gaslighting by Sununu and the Democrats and the corporate-media, for being afraid to go back to in-person teaching. As Rambo said in the very first Rambo movie: “You just don’t turn it off.”
And finally, Sununu continues to refuse to lift the “state-of-emergency.” He could simply issue an edict mandating a return to in-person instruction. Yet he doesn’t. It is Sununu … not the teachers and others he has gaslighted into believing that COVID is as deadly as the Black Plague … who is playing politics with schoolchildren.
