The Struggle is Real (pt.1)

by Op-Ed

There is a false premise being pushed by the media that it doesn’t matter if you’re Left or Right. We are all Americans, and we can all get along. As always, this is a Leftist talking point designed to stop the conversation before it starts.

We want to thank Gregg Hough for this Op-Ed. If you have an Op-Ed or LTE

The reality is that this may have been true 40 years ago, but the times have changed, and so has the ideology of the Left. [Why is this important, you say?] Because 40 years ago, the concept of “Rugged American Individualism” was shared by both sides, and how to achieve freedom and liberty were woven into the fabric of our Republic.

Today, this is not the case. In fact, 40 years ago, the Right of today was the middle, and the Left was leaning liberal. The true political-ideological spectrum from left to right is as follows:

[Communism, Fascism, Socialism, Democracy, Republic, Anarchy]

I point this out because, as you can see, our great nation is far from our beginnings, and the problem is, once the slide towards the left hits a certain point (the tipping or breaking point), there is no return! Therein lays the division. There are those who want to preserve our Republic and those who want to destroy it.

Unfortunately, what most don’t grasp is that the two sides are not compatible. Fire and Water would be a suitable analogy. Both have their own characteristics, and both are a force to be reckoned with, yet, where there is one, the other cannot exist! In the same space, one will either smother the other, or one will vaporize the other. This is the reason for the division, where we go now and how we get there remains to be seen…. (To be continued)
