Dem Incitement to Insurrection Case Against Trump Just Took a Punch to the Face

Evidence is irrelevant to despots, so Trump’s second impeachment has an asterisk. No evidence allowed, no defense, no effort at impartial evaluation. It’s political, and they had the votes. Trump incited violence on Jan 6. Problem? There’s evidence it was planned well before that date, and Trump had nothing to do with that.

Before you start the shouting and ranting, we know. Nothing in Trump’s speech that day that a reasonable neutral observer would say could incite violence, let alone insurrection. The words tell the opposite story. No different than the phone call to Ukraine. The text said, nothing to see here; the Democrats made it up anyway.

But the Left is furious and hard of hearing when it comes to their political enemies. These are people with no fear of Constitutional restrictions that have weaponized federal agencies for partisan purposes.

So what do we make of these ‘facts,’ uncovered by the FBI?

As Carrie Sheffield pointed out at Just the News, “[Senate Democrats’] incitement case against him was dealt a severe blow this week when federal prosecutors charged three men in the Capitol attack, alleging their communication and coordination dated back to November.”

The FBI is investigating members of the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers for months of planning; to stir up the crowd and breach the US Capitol.

But this is the FBI. They hide exculpatory evidence and craft narratives to create the appearance of guilt, so I can’t speak to the accusations. But it is a line of inquiry that (IMO) proves two things. Trump is innocent (again), and the intelligence community failed to report any suspicions about the potential for this sort of violence to him in advance.

I expect they knew and said nothing, probably at the behest of high-ranking ruling class liberals who meant to use whatever happened for political advantage.

All the evidence suggests they did, and it included factions from BLM and Antifa and the Capitol Police. Will we ever learn about their months of planning and involvement?

No. That’s not how despotism works.
