Well, the night of Ruth Bader Ginsberg’s death I said that it was time to just wish her family condolences and not engage in the politics. I also said that the wargaming would start afterwards. Well, some people didn’t wait at all and pretty much all HE-double-hockey-sticks has broken out all over. I Slack’d Steve with:

- I the Repubs do and do seat a new Justice either before Nov 3, or during the lame duck session, will Dems now pack the Court ESPECIALLY if Dementia Joe wins and the Dems take the Senate and keep the House??

And I haven’t even started in on Antifa, voter turn out, dirty tricks, the pundits, the lies, the pressure, and what will be in that grab bag of “stuff” that the Left is now going to reach in for as their heads are exploding. After all, they KNOW that their “Super-Legislature” may now revert back to the Conservative bench that it hasn’t been around for decades – you know, the one where “feelz” don’t count, ideological bents are meaningless – just the black and white of actual Laws and the Constitution?
Heck, would Law schools have to revert to teaching (gasp!) from the primary source document CALLED the Constitution instead of studying case law?
Be prepared to start seeing a lot of this from me – not just because it is important (it is) but the many and varied ways that the Left will be coming up in order to stymie OrangeManBad.
