This year started with so much hope for the best. It isn’t turning out that way. Those who were prepared for the worst are doing better than many of the others. So let’s stroll through the year and see what 2020 has wrought so far.

“It’s just a mask.” Soon it will be “it’s just a vaccine” you can bet on that. Since March your government has successfully divided the country.
There are the “obedient mask wearers.” They are the good people. And there are the “selfish people that refuse to wear masks“. Hey, “It’s just a mask.” It’s for “the greater good” do it for the children. Have we heard this phrase before?
Your government is way out of line. It is dictating what events are acceptable. It is prohibiting those unacceptable to attend. Riots are Okay. Family funerals are not. Standing in a graduation line is a “safety hazard.”
But you are free to line up at Walmart, Lowes, and Target. Why is that? Are you thinking there are inconsistencies here? What about that constitution we used to have? Where do your rights come from?
Prepare for what is coming next
But it’s “just a mask” and “safety precautions.” Well, maybe yes, and maybe no. Your government is successfully facilitating the closing of small family-owned businesses.
At the same time, it is granting authority to large corporations. They have invested interests. They are too big to fail. You understand.
It’s “just a mask” and “safety precautions.” Oh and here’s a measly $1200. We took it from you in the first place. Enjoy! Don’t be ungrateful. Your government cares about you.
Your government was able to successfully sway the population. Most believe a CASHLESS SOCIETY is a good thing. Why? Do we need to do it in the name of a government-sponsored virus? Really? It was never needed before. Why now? Who gains? What is the advantage?
