Breaking: Supreme Court Justice Ruth Ginsberg has passed at 87

We pass our condolences to Ruth Bader Ginsberg’s family at this announcement of her death from her latest bout of pancreatic cancer. She had said that she would serve for as long as she was productive and then and ONLY then, retire.

While it may be a cliche phrase, she died doing what she loved and make no mistake, The Law WAS her passion. I certainly did not agree with all of her decisions (leaning Left as she did), one must congratulate her on her long career and that dedication to The Law as she saw it.

I’ll forgo the politics here – it would be both unseemly and crass. Perhaps tomorrow the political wargaming may start here on the ‘Grok (as it already is on the cable network news), but not tonite. Tonite is to say “Thank you for your service; Rest In Peace”.

As an evangelical Christian and Conservative with small "L" libertarian leanings, my fight is with Progressives forcing a collectivized, secular humanistic future upon us. As a TEA Party activist, citizen journalist, and pundit!, my goal is to use the New Media to advance the radical notions of America's Founders back into our culture.
