AP declares Wheeler winner in EC 5

Wheeler leads by roughly 5000 votes. If AP called it, there must not be enough votes left to count to change the outcome, though I doubt it will end the matter.

Clegg has not conceded to my knowledge and may not, ever! Don Bolduc has said he will not concede and refuses to back Messner. More thoughts on that later, but in the interim, you can read this from last week: The New Hampshire primary, at least for Republicans, is a test. Not of who can win but of how well you can lose.

We’ll provide results/updates when they become available.
