Act Blue Is NOT Laundering Donations for BLM to Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton.

Before you send me the Tik Tok video (I’ve seen it) of the guy showing you how donations to Black Lives Matter end up in the pockets and big-name Democrats, like Sanders and Clinton, that’s not what is happening. It’s not.

Act Blue is just a generic fundraising platform Democrat candidates, and groups use to collect contributions. They have been around a long time. They are basically a bundler.

The GOP’s version of this is Win Red.

The money donated goes to the candidate or group to whom you give it, and Act Blue is listed as the donor because they handle that final transaction. So, the BLM contribution goes to BLM, not Bernie or Hillary.

The numbers he is looking at in the video are the sum of all small-dollar donors using Act Blue for that candidate in the selected time frame. That list is just the top ten biggest recipients of bundled small-dollar contributions to each specific candidate. BLM is (or was not at that time) a top ten recipient of donations made to them through Act Blue.

That does not mean BLM has never given money to Democrat candidates of vice-versa, just that the Act Blue platform is not being nefarious or illegal or misleading about where your contribution to BLM goes. It goes precisely to whom you donate it. A militant pro-Marxist front group using race to destabilize institutions for the purposes of ending free-market capitalism and American exceptionalism.

The fact that BLM shares these goals with Bernie and Hillary and the rest of them does not mean your BLM donation is being diverted to them by ActBlue. It is not.

Note: And I do appreciate all the stuff everyone sends me so please continue to do that, and thank you!
