Has the Government “Blowed-Up” Your NH Job or Business? We want to Know

Sorry we're closed

John Klar at American Thinker is thinking about the death knell for thousands of jobs in Vermont. COVID-19 may have killed 55 people (if that’s what killed them), but many thousands of livelihoods are on the line in the Green Mountain State, which got me thinking. Is anyone keeping track of the Granite State?

Klar’s report notes that,

The Green Mountain State relies greatly on its tourism industry, which in turn requires a diverse, quality supply of food and lodging.  A particular attraction for Vermont tourism is its family-owned restaurants, which tragically are more likely to be swallowed in that 30% (or more?) of closures than resilient national chains.

We’d like to take that one better, but we need your help.

If you own a business, work for one, or know of one that has been killed off by the political response to COVID-19, we would like to know.  We want to hear your story if you have one to share. Tell us how many employees lost jobs or what your plans are after being put out of business by the State of New Hampshire.

It’s not ideological or partisan or political; it’s us vs. them. Government vs. liberty. Free will vs. lockdowns.

More lives will be ruined and maybe even lost as a result of the response to the threat and the refusal to remove the shackles when it became clear this was a massive overreaction turned political op.

Closed foreverAnd it’s not just one party or the other that is to blame. Democrats want more control; Republicans are wary of giving it up – mostly because Democrats will try to blame them for every sickness or death that follows any effort to “let my people go.”

Every victim of any illness is a tragic loss, but never before in history have we allowed the State to destroy millions of jobs and job creators in the process.

We’ll repost this often enough to keep it in the collective consciousness, but please, if you have a story about aa business closing in New Hampshire, we’d like to keep track and if you are willing to tell your story.
