How Deadly is Covid?

This is today’s New Hampshire coronavirus update. The first coronavirus case in New Hampshire was reported on March 2.  There have been a total of 984 cases reported and 19 deaths, according to a New York Times database:

  •  Overnight the state had a drop in reported new cases of 53.
  • Carroll, Coos and Sullivan report no new cases.
  • There were no deaths from coronavirus yesterday.
  • Hillsborough and Rockingham counties have the majority of the new cases. Together they are 87.5% of the new cases.
  • Why is the whole state shutdown if most of the cases are localized to two counties?
