Nancy Pelosi has gone public with the truth. Pelosi said: ‘Just generally, I usually always cast my vote for a woman. I just do.’ Say what?
Okay Nancy, let’s see if we can make more sense out of what you said than we can out of what Biden says.
This lack of being plain-spoken is becoming a characteristic of Democrat leadership. The statement is pretty nonsensical for someone leading the House of Representatives. The word salad is incomprehensible Leftist gibberish. Let’s try to translate into rational English.
At her weekly press conference, the Speaker addressed Senator Elizabeth Warren’s exit from the Democrat primary. Pelosi said there was “a certain element of misogyny that is there.”
Given her comments, I would assert the Speaker is imbued with a certain amount of misandry. She offers no support for her allegation of misogyny. There is no evidence Lying Lizzie left the race because men hate her. Arguably more women find her distasteful than men.
I wish, I thought…
Pelosi said, “I so wish that we had a woman president of the United States… I think the American people are ready for it. [But] it’s a competition. You run and make your pitch, and people respond to it.” That is a position which would seem to say that I am contradicting myself here. First she expresses her wish. Then she assesses America. Then she states her wish is not about to come true because the people do not agree with her.
“I do think there is a certain element of misogyny that is there,” Pelosi said. That seems to be Pelosi speak for why the two leading candidates in the Democrat primary are not women. It is interesting that she discounts entirely the fact the majority of voters are women. It is interesting she entirely ignore the woman remaining in the primary race. Does that tell us anything about Nancy?
“Some of it isn’t really mean-spirited. It just isn’t their experience. Many of them will tell you they had a strong mom, they have strong sisters, they have strong daughters, but they have their own insecurities, I guess you would say.” Pelosi continued.
The question
So, Nancy, how do you arrive at the conclusion there was misogyny? How do you square the events with not selecting Fauxcahontas as the party nominee? Aren’t we incessantly reminded; it was just four years ago Hillary won the popular vote? Is it still misogyny if she got more votes? Or is it that Democrats are sexist?
Both unsuccessful former candidates, Hillary and Lizzie, have an allergy to the truth. Maybe it’s just that everything they say is half true. Each is as likable as the coronavirus and twice as dangerous to the economy. They constantly play the woman card which is repugnant. Look, misogyny is not better than misandry. Both are wrong and two wrongs don’t make a winning campaign strategy.
If you are a Democrat, touting someone’s gender is “the thing to do.” At least it seems to be true if you are a leftist woman of a certain vintage.
When the Speaker Pelosi spoke says she “generally… usually always” casts her vote for a woman. Guess what Nancy, there’s still another woman in the race… Why aren’t you supporting her? When should we expect Speaker Pelosi to issue her endorsement of Rep. Tulsi Gabbard?
What makes a woman?
So, Madame Speaker can you now please define what makes a woman a woman. You are a Leftist. Leftists have decided to ascribe to the nonsense that is critical gender theory. You basically disavow biological sex as a real thing.
Anyone can claim that they are a woman. All that’s required is simply saying so. There is such a thing as a “female penis.” “Men” have menstrual cycles and give birth to babies. If those things are true, then what makes a woman a woman?
Democrats have trouble with truth and reality. Leftists want to be able to identify women as a protected class. But they don’t even define what “woman” means. Therefore it is impossible to know who is being “protected” in the protected class. Do you stay protected only as long as you claim to be female? Or does the protection wash off with the gender in the shower? It’s as self-defeating as it is ill defined and illogical.
But don’t worry… Nancy “generally… usually always” votes for a woman — whatever that means.
