“I never heard an apology”
It is the common tactic and technique that Socialists will lie – the means justify the ends in politics. Anyone that has been reading GraniteGrok since the beginning of summer knows our battle with Jan Schmidt beginning with her lie that we were the cause of the four Merrimack Democrat NH State Reps getting police protection.
It was an outright lie proven as a result of Susan’s RSA 91-A demand to the Merrimack Police Department. And now it is time (once again) for another fisking of Jan Schmidt for trying to re-write known and documented history!

We’ve been very transparent on what’s going on (she has yet to learn that if she would just leave us alone, we wouldn’t be talking about her as much. But I guess she Just. Can’t. Help. Herself. She just had to put a couple more logs on what was a dying fire:
Poor Jan – she just doesn’t understand or wish to accept that everyone can say just about anything about anyone else. That is Free Speech and we all possess it simply by our humanity.
Our Constitutions don’t grant that Right – it is unalienable. Govt CAN infringe upon it and Jan, being a Socialist, is happy to have the government do exactly that. That’s why she filed her bill about cyber bullying “public servants” as part of said Government.

HA! I don’t want to shut ANYONE on the Left down. I WANT them to keep talking and talking and talking! I want everyone to know what they say – and thus, what they really think.

Go ahead and put in Jan Schmidt in our search bar and you’ll see EXACTLY what has transpired and most of it are her own words that start us opining. If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.
Trust me, we’ve received similar treatment by BOTH Republicans and Democrats. We could care less what letter comes after your name, so stop playing the victim again. It’s lame, it’s childish, and really shows that Jan can’t hold up well when others hold her accountable for her words, and for her votes, or legislation.
I’m betting that this will be perceived as “an attack.”
No, Jan, it’s a COMMENTARY, and you’ve given us lots of examples on which to opine. But I doubt you’ll get it or acknowledge it – you are that deep into the Victimology pathology of the Democrat Party. It’s almost a game to watch for us outside of the Democrat bubble – it is HILARIOUS to watch all of you try to out-victimize yourselves and others within that bubble. Now, that may be rather persuasive to you folks but for us outside the bubble, it’s both just Kabuki theater and a mindset that really does need serious help. What healthy person really wants to see themselves as a victim of others and making themselves look helpless.
In comment #4&5, once again, your GROWN daughter did that to herself – that was a public picture. It was sent to us so we used it. Once public, it’s out there. If she didn’t want someone to use it, don’t put it up on the Internet where there is NO right to privacy. Being GROWN women, you both know that so stop acting like an “oh, innocent me and my daughter.”
Lets also NOT forget that your GROWN daughter issued what was perceived to be a threat to Beth Scaer along the idea of “I and my friends will be coming after her.” Others certainly agreed with that and someone with a few ounces of brainpower convinced her to yank it down. And yet, YOU, Jan Schmidt, told her that you loved her for it. That’s being complicit. And we have it all here on GraniteGrok IF you can be bothered to do even a rudimentary search; your words, your actions (with your daughter).
And then she flippantly and in denial of her own actions, tries to twist it again: “I never heard an apology”. Sure thing. First, we had nothing to apologize for – we used a public picture along with her daughter’s words that seemed to be a threat. We REPORTED on what your daughter said what said. Then we opined upon it. THAT warrants an apology? See the image at the top of the post. Go ahead and talk with your lawyer – I’m betting I already know what he’ll say to you!
In comment #6, the person who she is conversing with has it exactly right – we have an established procedure for requesting and documenting that process to Jan. Her only response was to ignore “I’m ASKING AS A MOTHER” and totally ignored the process. I guess that she believes she’s above following other people’s rules (being the Berni-Bro, is that the norm; that’s only for the “little people”?). When I said she needed to follow our procedure, she then, AGAIN, made herself the victim and called us mean for us not letting her off the hook (which is also on GraniteGrok as well).
I think that what was written “Instead you tried to get their page taken down. Not nice” was talking about our Facebook page. In addition, Jan Schmidt tried to get our hosting provider to shut down our site as well. It’s what the Left does. We on the Right want the Left to keep talking and talking; the Left wishes (and acts, as Jan Schmidt has shown us) to silence any dissent. It is who they (and Jan Schmidt) are. We believe that she is the one that caused the hosting company for The Patriot Initiative / Josh Moore to yank that site.
Why? She disagrees with him politically and philosophically and wanted him silenced. She, apparently, sees the First Amendment as a hindrance and an obstacle rather than the magnificent observation and philosophy by our Founders. Schmidt and other Leftists are always yammering about People over Profits. People over Government, not so much.
In comment #7 – that would be me for her lying about GraniteGrok (see top of the post). Outright lying can be construed as libel. That is actionable. I have consulted with legal counsel on this – the door is not closed on this.
In comment #8 – she wants to deny that someone can hold her accountable for her actions. She’s a GROWN woman who is also a politician. Yet, she continually deflects that her actions and words are the root cause of anything. She, I guess, believes that no one can (or should) hold her accountable. Why SHOULDN’T I have mentioned that a lawsuit could be in process unless she apologizes for her lie and publicly retracts her words? I gave her the chance to do that – her response was to yet again go and cry in the Victim’s Corner.
Comment #9 – “…without checking with me” – now I have even more to add to the evidence. You see, Jan Schmidt – I keep ALL emails that are sent to me, especially those from people like you that wish to silence GraniteGrok. I did have conversations with you and they are ALL posted on GraniteGrok. You’ve been a fountain of content for me and other Groksters. So once again, you are provably lying about me.
Maybe it’s time to go talk with my legal counsel again.
